Description: Do you want your child to eat healthy food or try new foods?  Does your child want to learn how to cook?  Then sign them up to this cooking camp where they will be immersed in the world of fresh foods – learning the art and science of cooking. The camp will teach your child the importance of fresh ingredients, key cooking techniques, and fundamental skills that will help them gain confidence in their home kitchen.

During the week, your child will taste new and unique flavors, experiment with herbs and spices, and cook with seasonal ingredients, fresh from the local Loudoun County farms. They will learn how to prepare them, how to build layers of flavor, and how to train their own palette to enjoy fresh food,  with a new theme each day. They will have lots of hands-on opportunities to chop, mix, cook, bake, laugh, and learn.  At the end of each day, you, as a parent, will greet a child who has a new appreciation for food and who can show you new ways of enjoying good food.  A $75 deposit is required to save your child’s spot. Register here and we will send you a paypal link for payment.
